Conventional impressions are not necessary for chairside implant treatment. We save you the unpleasant impression tray and the associated gag reflex. Instead, we provide you with customized abutments with crowns or screw-retained crowns chairside in a single visit. We have the latest materials available for the final and temporary restoration. Bridges are used as a replacement for a missing tooth by attaching permanently to adjoining teeth or dental implants. They are an alternative to dental implants or dentures. The main difference between bridges and partial dentures is that dentures are removable.
