CEREC Crowns and Veneers (one visit)
CEREC stands for Chair-side Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics. Miranda A. Bliss DMD utilizes CEREC technology to create crowns, inlays, and onlays in one office visit. By utilizing the CEREC technology, patients do not have to get fillings or crowns since their new crown is crafted in one office visit. This incredible fact often saves the patient money and time. CEREC technology allows us to create your new dental crown within approximately one hour! CEREC design technology, allow the dentist to pay attention to the critical details, such as the shape, length, color, and bite. All of these characteristics are important for creating a healthy smile.
Dental veneers are a popular cosmetic dentistry option for many patients, especially for those who want a “Hollywood smile.”The veneers procedure focuses on improving the aesthetics of a patient’s smile, rather than fixing decay. Porcelain veneers can fix chipped, cracked, slightly misaligned, and broken teeth. The porcelain material is natural-looking and long-lasting.

CEREC Onlays (one visit)
An onlay will sit directly on the flat top of your molar. It will fit over the sharp, pointed cusp and extend partway down the sides of your tooth. Onlays are sometimes called “partial crowns.” Like crowns, your onlays will be custom-crafted to match your natural teeth, and they can be fabricated from several different materials. Although gold is strong and durable, we often recommend tooth-colored composite or porcelain for a more natural appearance. These materials provide a lifelike sparkle. They also come in a range of natural-looking shades, so Dr. Bliss can choose a color that blends with your surrounding teeth. To make sure your inlay looks natural and maintains the natural force of your bite, Dr. Bliss will take a series of impressions. These measurements will go to our partner lab, so the technicians can create a restoration that is a near-perfect fit for your tooth.
CEREC Implant Crowns (one visit)
Conventional impressions are not necessary for chairside implant treatment. We save you the unpleasant impression tray and the associated gag reflex. Instead, we provide you with customized abutments with crowns or screw-retained crowns chairside in a single visit. We have the latest materials available for the final and temporary restoration. Customized solutions meet the highest standards for clinical safety and natural appearance.

CEREC Bridges (one visit)
Bridges are used as a replacement for a missing tooth by attaching permanently to adjoining teeth or dental implants. They are an alternative to dental implants or dentures. Bridges are important because the teeth on either side of a missing tooth can shift and potentially lead to gum disease. Bridges are most often made with Porcelain and Precious Metal.
Partials Dentures
The main difference between bridges and partial dentures is that dentures are removable. A partial denture is constructed from an acrylic molded plate which has replacement teeth that fill the gaps in your smile. Dentures are usually attached to your existing teeth using special clasps or attachments, which help to hold it in place while you are wearing it. Most patients then remove their partial dentures for cleaning, sleeping and even eating some foods. Wearing a partial denture can feel strange at first and it will take a while to feel completely comfortable speaking and eating while wearing it. However, most patients find that after the initial adjustment phase, they barely notice that they are wearing their dentures. Maintaining a good oral care routine is still important when you have dentures. Not only will you have to look after your natural teeth, but your dentist will also show you the best way to clean your dentures, as well as how to remove and insert them.
